What the role is

Work Location: Helios, 11 Biopolis Way, Singapore 13866
Employment Period: Temp Contract for 1year

Job Summary:

We are seeking an individual to help support automation in pharmacovigilance to improve the safety and quality of medicines and vaccines.

You will be working closely with Data Analysts and Pharmacists in the design and implementation of automated processes to ensure patient safety and regulatory compliance.

What you will be working on

Job scope includes:
Perform data preprocessing, data validation and profiling to ensure data coherence
Work with business users to define the manual rules used to govern the processes and then translate those rules into automated commands so as to automate work processes
Analyse, design, build, test and implement RPA bots with stepbystep user guides
Design automation process solutions in accordance with standard UiPath design principles and conventions
Troubleshoot reported errors, identify root cause and provide timely resolutions
Ensure documentation and knowledge transfer
Design and develop visual analytics dashboards to find trends, relationships and associations
Perform other related duties as required

What we are looking for

Requirements
Preferably to possess knowledge in related technical field, e.g IT, business, computer science, data science, health informatics
Interest in healthcare data analytics
Good written and verbal communication skills
Curious and openminded, with an interest in finding patterns and trends from large amounts of data
Strong analytical skills, algorithmic thinking and the ability to plan and organise work
Able to work under pressure to realize project deliverables and meet tight deadlines
Selfmotivated and excited to problemsolve
Organised and detailoriented
Independent learner capable of working efficiently in a team

Experience and skills:

Knowledge in RPA development using UiPath
Knowledge in UiPath Orchestrator
Knowledge of programming in R, Python, Stata, and SQL, or similar computer languages
Knowledge in conducting a/b testing
Knowledge of artificial intelligence and machine learning and workflow
