Responsibilities:


  • Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial agreements, including but not limited to, supply agreements, service agreements, licensing agreements and other agreements involving the use, transfer, or ownership of intellectual property.
  • Provide legal advice and support on corporate governance matters, including compliance with SGX listing rules and regulations
  • Manage and oversee legal disputes, including liaising with external counsel and representing the company in court or arbitration proceedings
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify legal risks and develop strategies to mitigate them
  • Stay abreast of legal developments and regulatory changes relevant to the company's business
  • Manage an internal corporate secretarial staff to ensure that the company is in compliance with local regulatory requirements and SGX listing requirements

Qualifications and Skills:


  • You should be at least 5 years PQE
  • Qualified lawyer admitted to the Singapore Bar/common law jurisdiction
  • Prior experience working in a reputable law firm and/or inhouse legal department of a listed company
  • Strong knowledge of Singapore corporate and commercial law, with experience in SGX listing rules and regulations preferred
  • Excellent drafting and negotiation skills
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fastpaced environment
