• Generating Invoices and Packing Lists
• Import and Export declaration
• Coordinating incoming and outgoing shipments
• Liaising with suppliers and customers

• Minimum ITE Cert or 'N' / 'O' Level and above
• Preferably with 1year experience in Shipping
• Good communication skills to liaise with overseas factories colleagues
• Independent, handson, meticulous, ability to multitask
• Proactive, have initiative and works independently with minimum, supervision
• Good Microsoft Excel skills
• Preferably can Join Immediately or With Short Notice
