  • ABLE TO MAKE COFFEE AND TEA AT COFFEESHOP STALL
  • ABLE TO TRAIN NEW STAFF
  • Ensure food is packed according to higher standard of hygiene and SFA requirements.
  • NEW TO IN CHARGE OF THE DAILY OPERATIONS
  • Maintain knowledge and ensure compliance with departmental policies and standard service procedure.
  • MINIMUN 5 YEARS OF EXPERIENCE IN THE SAME TRADE
  • To oversee the the coffeshop and manager on any complains
  • Purchase of daily goods within budget guidelines and to the highest standard
  • Able to work long hours
  • Able to work night shift
  • Learn about the technology used in the organization to make work more efficient and how to operate them
  • Participates in safe work practices and food handling practices.
  • Maintains a high standard of cleanliness and sanitation in the guest service area.
  • Maintains good work performance and professional grooming standards.
  • Supervise efficient upkeep of tools through proper usage of equipment and devices.
  • Performs any adhoc duties as required by the Operations Manager.
  • To analyze all guest requirements and prepare plans resolve customer care related issues and satisfy guests
  • Suggest areas and execute areas for improvement within work area.
  • To coordinate with various departments and ensure staff set up and supply remain according to departmental standards
