Responsibilities:
- Support Head, Technology Services in creating and implementing a strategy for the operations of technical services
- Accountable to manage/oversee operations and service delivery of Technical services, service reviews, budgeting, invoicing, and cost recovery
- Responsible to develop roadmaps and upgrade plans for various technical services and technologies
- Responsible to develop processes and procedures for various technical services and deliverables
- Responsible to ensure Availability, Performance, Capacity and Security aspects of various technical services and deliverables
- Manage and lead an experienced technical services team that provides global coordination and oversight of the adoption of technical services across the group
- Manage and ensure contractual obligations for technical services fulfilled by service providers are met
- Ensures technical services operation complies with group policy and support audit compliance
- Ensures BCP/DR Plan is prepared and reviewed periodically
- Ensures DR drills and exercises are performed timely and in accordance to compliance and procedures
- Ensures data retention policies are implemented as per policy
- Ensures data restoration is performed periodically and reported timely
- Manages and operationalize IT controls, processes, and procedures of technical services
- Reviews, evaluates and recommends new technologies initiatives and services to improve technical services
- Responsible to perform RFP/RFQ for technical services related procurement
- Responsible for budgeting, cost recovery, billing and P&L for technical services and deliverables
- Manage, lead and review the utilization of resources (People, Processes, Technology)
- Establishes performance indicators to benchmark effectiveness of learning and development programs against best practices
- Oversees the development of learning roadmaps for team members and functions
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science / Information Technology or equivalent
- Minimum 10 years of experience in related field with at least 5 years of management role
- Possess strong business acumen with innovative thinking and solutions.
- Able to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization.
- Good presentation and documentations skills and the ability to learn new technology quickly are essential.
