Roles & ResponsibilitiesProduct Development Analyst
Work with Manager in development and implementation of new products.
Evaluate exiting products and recommend improvements.
Work with product development team to complete the assigned project within allotted budget and timelines.
Analyze product issues and provide appropriate resolutions.
Identify areas of improvements and concerns and recommend corrective actions.
Share new product ideas and concepts to Manager to meet revenue goals.
Stay abreast with latest product development tools and techniques.
Analyze customer requirements and provide optimal product development solutions.
Maintain expert product knowledge for timely issue resolution.
Respond to product related questions from staffs in a timely and accurate manner.
Generate routine and ad-hoc product reports to management.
Develop process improvements to ensure product quality and productivity.
Develop best practices to ensure operational efficiency.
Work with Manager in developing project plan, budget and schedules.
Provide support to project team from product design to implementation
Product Analyst Responsibilities:
· Evaluate the company products and compare them against industry trends.
· Develop an understanding of company products to meet the company's current and future needs.
· Provide assistance with product and rating reviews.
· Develop and oversee small to medium scale projects.
· Analyze metrics to continually improve company products.
· Contribute to company operations, such as costing, inventory control, planning, and budgeting.
· Assist the company in achieving short and long-term goals relating to product growth.
· Work with other company departments to improve the analysis and presentation of products.
Product Analyst Requirements:
· Bachelor's degree in art, business, economics, mathematics or any related field.
· Previous product analysis experience.
· Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, Powerpoint) is preferred.
· Proficient in database software.
· Strong communication skills.
· The ability to work under pressure and adapt to change.
· The ability to balance customer needs against the company's vision.
· Excellent time management skills.
