Description
The role of an events contract staff involves carrying out various functions in ensuring that an event runs smoothly.
As part of the team members in Events, Engagement and Content at KPMG in Singapore, you will join the marketing and communications team to build and advance the KPMG brand and business.
Responsibilities:
- Working with the marketing and communications team to implement and develop client facing events
- Be able to project plan activities for the events with guidance from the events manager in charge
- Managing the promotions, communications and branding aspects of the event
- Be the internal and external liaison and keeps events manager uptodate on the progress of the planning process for their event
- Assist and support organizing and events manager in his day to day tasks
Job Requirements:
- A diploma in areas such as marketing communications, branding and events management.
- Good visual communication and writing skills.
- Strong initiative, excellent followthrough, attention to detail and high sense of urgency.
- Resultsoriented; takes pride in delivering consistently highquality work and effectively conveys its value.
