- Develop customer journeys to enhance quality and increase adoption
- Utilize data and analytics to optimize chatbot user experience
- Revamp processes, analyze operations solutions, and collaborate with stakeholders
- Lead requirement gathering workshops and ensure timely project delivery
- Conduct user acceptance testing and manage benefits realization post-implementation
- Degree/Diploma in any discipline with 2-3 years' project management experience, preferably in Chatbot and Contact Centre areas
- Proven track record in change management projects
- Strong interpersonal and planning skills, with excellent communication abilities
- Sound knowledge of banking and technology, with analytical and multitasking skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365, JIRA, and Confluence is essential
