**Corporate Administration Manager
Turnkey Group is seeking a Corporate Administration Manager to provide high-level administrative support to the CEO and COO. You are highly organised with excellent time management.

You will need to possess excellent communication and diplomatic skills and be comfortable with acting as the point of contact among executives, employees, clients, and other external partners.

You will know how to be resourceful, innovative, and proactive to support our executive leaders, sorting through requests and making things happen effectively and efficiently.

Ultimately, you will contribute to the efficiency of our business by providing personalised and timely support to our CEO and COO.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Support Turnkey's CEO and COO, providing personal administrative support and management of corporate affairs as well as personal administrative requirements.
  • Management of all meetings and calendar events, presentment of daily commitments.
  • Management of all changes and calendar alterations to maintain a wellmanaged and accurate itinerary of events.
  • Ensuring that information flow is managed in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Manage the travel programmes of the management due to the frequent travel nature of the management team, liaise with agencies, hotels, car hires, restaurants, and other affiliated networks.
  • Negotiate with hotels, airlines, and agencies to achieve optimal cost benefits for the company.
  • Support in administrative duties such as detailed minutes and reports related to key meetings and discussions such as Senior Leadership Team meetings, key meeting minutes, reports and analytics on company performance through training into legacy systems.
  • Supporting management in key personal requirements such as Employment Pass Applications, family duties, and other related duties.
  • Provide recommendations on improvements and implement positive change as necessary into the overall administration process within the company.
  • Support Management to maintain a high level of professionalism and maximisation of time through a wellstructured and managed administrative process.
  • Act as an office manager by keeping up with office supply inventory.

Qualifications

  • At least 3 years of work experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or similar role
  • Relevant diploma, degree, or equivalent
  • Excellent MS Office knowledge
  • Outstanding organisational and time management skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • Strong ability to prioritise
  • Discretion and confidentiality
  • Strong work ethic
  • Good problemsolving skills with a cando attitude
  • Ability to work in a startup environment
