Founded in 1993, Alcimed was created, with a calling to explore and develop uncharted territories : We help industrials innovate and develop new businesses worldwide in life sciences (healthcare, agri food, cosmetics) as well as in other industrial sectors (chemistry, materials, energy, environment, aeronautics, space, defense).

We are currently 220 explorers in 8 different base camps across three continents: Europe, USA and Asia. Our Singapore office is our APAC headquarter.

Our regional team focuses on healthcare (pharmaceuticals, medtechs, biotechs, diagnostics, animal health), food (agribusiness, human & animal nutrition, F&B) and personal & beauty care.

Mission

Our office in Singapore is searching for its new head to lead our team. You will develop and manage the whole team and the APAC clients.


Your role will be:

  • Set up and execute a business & marketing plan to approach new prospects and to manage and develop our current clients who are APAC key decision makers in healthcare and life sciences
  • Manage, and grow our Singapore team made of a project manager, a business developer and consultants
  • Supervise overall activity (projects, client relationships, budget, strategy)
  • Ensure the satisfaction of our clients to facilitate longterm relationships and the success of Alcimed in the APAC market
  • Ensure the performance and profitability of the office
Profile

  • You hold a Master's degree, MBA or PhD in business, engineering or sciences.
  • You have minimum 810 years of experience in business consulting or industrial services, ideally combined with a good knowledge of the healthcare industry.
  • You see yourself as a true explorer, an entrepreneur, you are driven by the field and you want to participate to the exciting challenge of developing Alcimed in the APAC zone.
  • You are dynamic, positive leader with qualities as a manager and as a business developer.
  • You are fluent in English, ideally combined with mastering an asian language.
  • Visa can be applied if the profile matches.
