Description
2. Scheduling Appointments and Meetings- Managing Correspondence by drafting and proofreading correspondence, preparing reports, memos, and other documents, and handling incoming and outgoing mail.
- Data Entry and Record Keeping by maintaining accurate records and databases, entering data into systems, and organizing files and documents.
- Bookkeeping and Expense Tracking such as tracking expenses, processing invoices, and reconciling accounts.
- Office Organization and Maintenance by ensuring the office environment is tidy and well-organized, order office supplies, and coordinate maintenance and repairs as needed.
- Handle travel arrangements for staff members, including booking flights, hotels, and transportation, and preparing travel itineraries.
- Assisting with HR Tasks such as processing paperwork for new hires, maintaining employee records, and assisting with benefits administration.
- Event Planning by assisting in planning and coordinating company events, conferences, or workshops.
- Providing Administrative Support to various departments and staff members as needed, including assisting with projects, conducting research, and performing other tasks to help streamline operations.
