Regional Account Coordinator - Singapore - Firmenich
Description
Key Responsibilities:
Understand customer's business operations and product lines to provide a value-added advantage in managing the account plans
Extend support to drive category projects to achieve agreed business growth targets i.e. sales budget, target margins and sales forecast accuracy
Contribute to the overall GBU business growth plans in line with global strategies and objectives
Coordinate on-going projects and liaise with the client's Marketing, Innovation and Technical teams regarding project status updates and meeting schedules
Liaise with the internal and client's procurement, planner and customer service team
Handle all process and document for sales administration and forecast entry management
Manage Master data, SAP entry, Sales Order coordination with internal planners, CMIRs and coordination of regional sales budgets & targets, vitality reports and ad hoc requests
