    Description
    Roles & Responsibilities

    · Leads the development and execution of:

    1. Programs and promotions at a local store level.

    2. Programs on the brand's business channels such as Delivery, E-commerce, and Events.

    · Local Store Marketing (LSM): Assists in the development and execution of the Marketing Plan by providing local/area-level perspective.

    · Collaborates with Product and Promotions Lead on amplifying national programs.

    · Collaborates with Operations and Finance on promotions ideation, a feasibility check, and store evaluation.

    · Collaborates with Creatives Team for support needed in creative materials development.

    · Channels: Collaborates with internal and external partners to further grow the business and increase the sales contribution from these channels, which include but are not limited to the following:

    o Delivery Aggregators (Grab Food, foodpanda, etc.)

    o E-Commerce Partners

    o Payment Partners

    · Internal collaborations: Closely works with Operations and/or other functions for better market understanding and to be able to provide relevant support; coordinates with the various functions or colleagues for program development and store execution

    · Collaborates with Brand and Digital Lead for support on local/store-level programs or promotions and channel-specific support on digital platforms.

    · Closely works with various functions on scaling and accelerating the growth of the various channel, such as through parties, booth selling, etc.

    · Monitors and assesses the performance of programs, in collaboration with internal (Operations and Finance Teams) and external partners

    · Assists in project planning and executions. Tracks progression of various projects and takes necessary steps to keep activities on the course.

    · Track competitor activities and propose counteractions as necessary.

    · Provides project updates on a regular basis to management.

    · Offers support in the execution of projects led by other members of the Marketing team.

    SPAVI (Parent Company) Responsibilities:

    · Institute internal safeguards on funds, assets, company properties and recommend improvements to maximize the efficiency of office facilities, equipment, and intellectual properties among many.

    · Develop new and enhanced work processes which shall include but not limited to upgrading and modifying procedures to provide corrective actions to recurring problems including internal guest complaints, as well as preventive actions to avoid potential problems from occurring.

    · Monitor compliance of employee(s) under supervision to all regulatory requirements.

    · Enforce the Employee Code of Conduct within the department
