**Job Scope

  • Manage a portfolio of accounts to ensure timely debt collection and recovery.
  • Conduct field visits to meet clients and negotiate settlements.
  • Liaise with legal advisors to pursue legal action for debt recovery, when necessary.
  • Keep accurate and uptodate records of all collection activities.
  • Maintain a high level of customer service while adhering to company policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to resolve disputes and discrepancies. Continuously improve the debt collection process by identifying opportunities for efficiency and effectiveness.
**Requirement

  • Diploma / Degree in Business Studies, Finance, Banking, Economics Commerce, or any other relevant education
years of relevant working experience in field collection experience (financial services industry) Possess Class 3 License is an added advantage
