- Monitor and drive facility-level reporting on key sustainability metrics, such as energy use, fuel consumption, renewable energy use, and waste generation.
- Help to standardize sustainability attributes and certifications across APLL origin facilities.
- Assist in identifying and executing commercially attractive and cost-efficient projects that will reduce APLL's emissions footprint at the warehouse level.
- Stay updated on emissions-related industry trend and regulations that are material to APLL and our customer verticals.
- Push sustainability innovation by staying up to date with new facility or transportation technologies and strategies that can decrease emissions and increase commercial attractiveness.
- Replace Senior Sustainability Specialist as the main APAC point-of-contact after their repatriation.
- Received sustainability- or environmental- related Undergraduate and/or Master's degree
- Has 2+ years work experience in the supply chain, transportation, or warehousing industry
- Has 2+ years work experience in a corporate sustainability role
- Has project management experience in sustainable warehousing, operations, and/or alternative fuel transportation.
- Comfortable conducting customer- and executive-facing presentations
- Comfortable coordinating across multiple teams and geographies
- Experience analysing and manipulating excel data
- Knowledge of corporate sustainability reporting and ESG frameworks, climate reporting, and environmental compliance legislation is preferred, but not required.
- Basic knowledge of economic and financial project modelling is preferred, but not required.
- LEED Associate certification, or a comparable certification, preferred, but not required.

Roles & ResponsibilitiesJob Purpose
Assist the Senior Sustainability Specialist and Ops Excellence team in prioritizing emissions reduction projects across APLL's APAC facilities and transportation networks. Help APLL to most accurately track, report, and reduce our emissions footprint to meet 2030 Science-Based Targets and forthcoming legislative requirements. Engage regional and global teams to support APLL's climate reporting, regional commercial pursuits, employee education, and green marketing efforts.
