SAP Support Executive - Singapore - Good Job Creations Pte Ltd
Description
Provide SAP ERP / SAP Service Cloud support to the end users on day-to-day activities- Liaise with service provider for troubleshooting of the issues reported
- Provide appropriate system solutions for complex business requirements
- Guide/Assist business users to perform testing of each SAP modules
- SAP user account management, including creation, authorization, and SAP License Audit
- Report SAP server issue and log AMS ticket to servicer provider, providing updates of system downtime and uptime to users
- Provide training to end users as and when required
- Gather and analyze business requirements, identify gaps, issues and propose work around solutions
- Identify and propose business process and/or system enhancements
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- At least 5 years of implementing / supporting SAP ERP solutions to business operation.
- Experience in any one or more of SAP ECC SD, MM, FI, CO, PS modules.
- SAP configuration experience and knowledge of key integration points between SAP modules.
