    Roles & Responsibilities
    • Maintenance and regular updating of online sales channels – e-commerce website and marketplace store fronts.
    • Daily operations of e-commerce website and marketplace store fronts
    • Listing and updating of products
    • Monitoring of stock movement
    • Implementing and improving e-commerce SOP
    • Assisting in customer service
    • Assisting in monthly sales reports and analysis
    • Working closely with Operations Manager, Customer Service and Marketing team

    Requirements:

    • Internship / Minimum 1 year of experience in e-commerce role
    • Proficient in marketplace platforms
    • Data-driven individual
