    Roles & Responsibilities

    Job Responsibilities

    • Attend to client's sales inquiries and aid in preparing sales orders/quotations.
    • Manage customers' orders and expedite shipments to meet monthly sales targets.
    • Generate Delivery Orders and Tax invoices for customers.
    • Deliver prompt, high quality customer service.
    • Ensure accuracy of product information in the warehouse system (e.
    g., part number, pricing, quantity, etc.).

    • Compile weekly and month end closing sales data and reports.
    • Coordinate with vendors to schedule shipping and ensure timely delivery of goods.
    • Coordinate delivery schedules between customers and vendors.
     Supervise warehouse operations.

    • Maintain inventory accuracy and conduct periodic physical stock take processes.
    • Fulfill other duties as assigned by immediate Manager.
    Job Requirements

    • Hold a minimum Diploma in a relevant field.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications.
    • Possess strong interpersonal, communication (verbal/written), and organizational skills.
    • Collaborative team player.
    Capable of working within a team to manage daily tasks.
