- Responsible for the incident management process, which involves logging of the incident into HP Service Manager, incident escalation, initial troubleshooting, and resolution.
- Perform technical troubleshooting in accordance to established troubleshooting procedures.
- Promptly communicate incident status and update respective parties.
- Respond and remediate in a timely manner in relation to any service outages with minimal guidance.
- Assist in other operational tasks as requested. Qualifications
- Minimum 10 years of working experience in network infrastructure.
- Strong technical knowledge and experience in network infrastructure, specifically with Fortinet, Palo Alto, Cisco, Forescout and others Network security products.
- Minimum 3-5 years of working experience in the banking industry, with a good understanding of banking network requirements and regulations.
- Valid Cisco CCNP certification (valid from is required.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to analyze complex network issues and provide effective solutions.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities and meeting deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
