    For more information, please visit RESPONSIBILITIESEnsures that stocks are properly stored, maintain its usability and accounted for in accordance with company's quality guidelines and International practice, and to provide for communication link / bridge between management and operational staff with other departments in the divisionReview delivery workflow to ensure the smooth continuous supply of raw materials and equipment to the various kitchens and departments as follows:

    Establish clear guidelines on delivery mode and sequence especially on temperature sensitive productsCommunicate with user departments on any discrepancies and work out improved delivery scheduleEnsure products are delivered timely in accordance to food hygiene and safety guidelines to the various user departments

    Controls and manages efficient deployment to achieve people work efficiency as follows:

    Review and approve respective sections weekly roster and reschedule work when requiredManage and control daily operationsAdminister store and staff documentations and reportsEfficient and equitable manpower distribution per shift per section

    Manages inventory for company stock items as well as other supplementary items as follows:

    Manage, control and ensure products and services required are met promptlyConduct investigations and report to stakeholders on the stock inventories discrepancies due to store operations

    Manages any other ad hoc tasks, activities or responsibilities as assigned by the management.
    IA audits follow up for closure of non-conformanceMonthly operation review with Customer/Management.
    Overseeing both SQ & OAL operations for stores.
    Manage 3PL (DHL) for outsourced operations.
    Cross training between Store & Equipment to act as backupKPI reporting for all stores to track productivityKEY REQUIREMENTSDegree holder with at least 3 years of relevant work experiences in stores management will be preferredGood to have knowledge of WMS and SAPGood management and leadership skillsStrong analytical and technical skillsAble to work in a fast pace environment and able to handle stress#L1-RT1#LI-CC1Company information
