Job Description

Schedule and dispatch trucks for linehaul operations.
Coordinate with drivers, vendors, and warehouse teams to ensure timely deliveries.
Monitor vehicle movement using GPS/fleet systems and update job statuses.
Optimize routes and delivery schedules to improve efficiency.
Maintain accurate records of transport activities and driver logs.
Assist with driver rostering and shift planning.
Verify vendor trip invoices against internal records and report discrepancies.
Prepare daily and weekly transport performance reports.

Requirements

GCE 'O'/'N' Levels; diploma in logistics or related field is a plus.
Minimum 2 years of experience in transport or logistics administration.
Familiar with Singapore road networks and LTA regulations.
Proficient in MS Excel and fleet management systems.
Strong coordination and communication skills.
Able to work shifts, weekends, or public holidays if required.
