    Description
    Client Engagement
    • Responsible for the creation and co-development of the Project Business Plans including construction budgeting & schedule.
    • Interface with clients external Transaction and FM teams along with global platform.
    • Oversight of project progress including design, procurement, cost management, contractors master program and client and supply vendors.
    • Priority focus on the successful delivery of the major and strategic projects across the region, which currently focus on Hong Kong, India and the Philippines.
    • This role is a key conduit between Account Stakeholders and the CBRE delivery teams.
    • Drive client value by identifying efficiencies in ways of working, including holistically consider bundling of projects, or elements across projects, to leverage economies of scale.
    Coordination and Management of CBRE teams
    • Support management in the identification, assessment and early preparedness of qualified variable CBRE project managers in line with project pipeline across region.
    • Proactively partner with the local CBRE Project Managers to solution any challenges.
    • Ensure Project team is coordinated with all other Property service lines (Transaction, Asset and Facilities Management) in the preparation, delivery and hand-over of projects.
    • Oversight of Project Managers from a Program perspective to ensure compliance with account standards, training of CBRE variable staff to ensure adoption of systems/tools.
    • Work closely with Project Managers to establish communication procedures and filing systems for projects and set up appropriate tracking of necessary approvals.
    Project Outcome Accountability
    • Provide strategic level guidance and act as a point of escalation for all projects in region.
    • Ensure all parties understand account goals prior to start of project and monitor for compliance to standards and processes specifically to manage key milestone deliverables.
    • Ensure active Risk Management and Risk Schedule creation are applied to projects.
    • Perform periodic spot-audits of Project documentation on active projects including, but not limited to Project Management Plans, Risk Registers, Change Control Log, Cost trackers etc.
    Contract Management
    • Participate in performance review/QBR meetings with client.
    • Track value creation/cost savings provided to client.
    • Drive the completion of KPIs, Scorecard, CSAT report and other close out documentation within the nominated close out period. Develop action plans where scores require.
