Overview


We are looking for passionate and responsible Project Coordinator to administer and help to organize IT projects and Internal Resource Planning.


What will you be doing?


Project Coordinator is responsibilities include working closely with the Project Director, Project Managers, Project Team members to come out with a comprehensive action plan which includes preparing project timelines, reviewing and tracking team resources, close monitoring with the follow up actions and communicating with external key stakeholders.


As a Project Coordinator, you will need to perform various coordinating tasks, arrange meetings, maintaining project documentation, preparing meeting slides and assist in minutes writing.

While handling the project, you shall look out for project risk, identify the risk management and analysis.

Excellent time management, communication skills and commitment in work is a key factor to your success.

Most importantly, to help in ensuring all projects completed on time, within the scope and budget producing high delivery quality standards.


Your responsibilities will include:

  • Coordinate in project management activities, to provide updates to the Project Manager and Project Director
  • Preparing project kick off slides, project meeting slides and writing meeting minutes
  • Tracking and follow up daily activities and inform the project manager if there is any form of delay
  • Communicating with external stakeholders and communicating with internal project team members
  • Preparing Project Sign Off documentations and maintaining the project working folder in a needy organized manner
  • Identify possible risk that may be encountered and discuss with the project manager

  • Ability to use project management tool
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word (Documentation) and Excel (Formulas)
  • Time managements skills and sense of urgency with the ability to meet deadlines
  • Able to focus on work under work pressure
  • Analytic and problemsolving skillsets
