Seeking experienced IT professional to lead solution architecture and cybersecurity efforts, driving technical innovation and risk mitigation.

As Assistant Manager (Solution Architect)/ IT Services (Cybersecurity & Technology), you will collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements, translating them into technical solutions that meet scalability, security, and performance standards.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Participate in end-to-end architectural designs that address business needs while adhering to scalability, security, and performance standards.
• Engage in technology exploration to discover new capabilities that can be adopted in solution design and implementation.
• Identify potential cyber risks and technical challenges in proposed solutions and develop strategies to mitigate them.
• Provide technical guidance and support to development teams during the implementation phase of projects.
• Monitor and assess the performance of deployed solutions, identifying areas for improvement and implementing optimizations as needed.
• Ensure that architectural designs comply with industry best practices, TP and WOG standards, and relevant regulations.

Key qualifications include:

• Relevant background in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of working experience in IT solution implementation with a strong background in software development and system design.
• Proficiency in designing and implementing systems in various programming languages (such as C#, JavaScript, Python, etc), frameworks, and cloud computing platforms (such as Microsoft Azure, AWS Cloud, Google Cloud, etc).
• Good verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with both technical and non-technical stakeholders and articulate technical concepts clearly.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address technical challenges and devise innovative solutions.
• Ability to work in cross-functional teams and collaborate with diverse groups to ensure successful project delivery.
• Possession of professional qualifications (e.g. TOGAF, Azure Solutions Architect Expert, AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Microsoft certifications in MS Azure administrator) are advantageous.
