Admin Asst - Singapore - SUNWARD PHARMACEUTICAL PRIVATE LIMITED
Description
Responsibilities:
_
- Provide all administrative support to Maintenance Department
- Daily Meeting records & reports
- Document update and filing
- Assist in preparing/updating of Work Process, SOPs and Preventive Maintenance Schedules etc.
- Spare parts search and request for quotation via vendor catalogue or supplier list
- Maintain database for stock list technical specification
- Raise purchase order and maintain record
- Contact Contractors for maintenance, repair and services for all building related matters
- Cover Receptionist duties as and when required
- Any other duties or task assigned by Department Manager
- Requirements: _
- GCE 'N'/'O' Level or equivalent
- Min. 2 years of Administrative experience with attention to details, planning and organisation skills
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications
- Able to multitask, selfmotivated, independent, meticulous and discipline
