Description

As a Finance Executive in the Corporate Finance Team, you will provide support to the Accountant and work closely with various stakeholders (internal and external).

Responsibilities

• Handle full or partial sets of accounts (Accounts Receivables and/or Accounts Payables).
• Prepare and process payments, receipts and journals.
• Prepare bank reconciliation and audit schedules.
• Prepare timely submission and analysis of quarterly forecasts and utilization to funding agencies.
• Prepare, review, and analyse financial and management report.
• Maintain fixed assets register, create asset, process disposal, perform reconciliation of fixed asset ledger balance to the general ledger and perform monthly depreciation calculation.
• Assist in yearly asset verification exercise.
• Support audits which include preparation of reports, extraction of documents and information.
• Assist in the implementation of system enhancement, IT projects and process improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Degree in Accountancy or equivalent qualification.
• Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience.
• Knowledge and hands-on experience in SAP S/4 accounting system will be advantageous.
• Good knowledge of accounting principles, experience with Grant Accounting will be an added advantage.
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to set priorities with a strong sense of responsibility to complete tasks within timeline.
• Good analytical, communication, interpersonal and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Self-driven, meticulous and independent, and a valuable team player who is able to thrive in a fast-paced environment

Designation & salary will commensurate with experience.
