- Lead the end-to-end service design process, from research and ideation to implementation and evaluation.
- Conduct user research activities, including interviews, observations, and journey mapping, to understand user needs and pain points.
- Create prototypes and service blueprints to visualize and communicate service concepts to stakeholders.
