Description
Oversee and improve company strategies- Design strategy and set goals for growth for development of product market distribution development, prepare analytical report
- Evaluate business opportunities
- Maintain planning, budgets and optimize expenses
- Ensure employees work productively and develop professionally
- Evaluate and improve operations and financial performance
- Direct the employee assessment process
- Ensure staff follows health and safety regulations
- Monitor quality of the product and service provided
- Provide solutions to issues (e.g. profit decline, employee conflicts, loss of business to competitors)
Requirements and skills:
- Proven experience as a General Manager or similar executive role
- Knowledge of business process and functions
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Strong analytical ability
- Excellent communication skills
- Proven record of strong leadership skills
- Problemsolving aptitude
- Min Bachelor Degree in Business or relevant field
