Posted- 20-Apr-2023- Service line- GWS Segment- Role type- Full-time- Areas of Interest- Project Management- Location(s)- Singapore - SingaporeThis role supports the Advisory Project Management (PJM) business in leading bid development/management and business operations for the Advisory PJM business in Singapore, as part of the Southeast Asia business.


This is an exciting role for a committed and dynamic individual to use their creative flair to energize our approach to winning business and partner in the growth of our business.


KEY

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Ø Lead Bid Management and Business Operations for CBRE Singapore Advisory Project Management.

Ø Manage the entire sales process from reviewing the initial RFP, to tender award.

Provide sales support through all stages, from client engagement, opportunity identification, RFPs, development of delivery strategies, content development, and reviews, to submissions.

- Ø Maintain a strong and cohesive set of sales and RFP documentation in line with CBRE branding guidelines, to maintain an organized RFP collateral storage and necessary access for the PJM team as required to support RFP/proposal preparation.
- Ø Manage Advisory PJM operations to ensure a smooth operation for the business.

Ø Manage PJM operational trackers, platforms, business collaterals, and reporting systems.


Ø Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including the accounts team, heads of service lines, and regional teams and business partners.

Ø Connect and share knowledge of best practices and new initiatives.

Ø Ensure operational compliance is adhered to by project manager team delivery.

Ø Drive and foster a stronger sense of 'team' within PJM by supporting the coordination of team events.


Ø Drive and advocate growth within the team through learning; ensuring adoption, assisting with difficulties and feedback to continuously improve our learning frameworks.

- Ø Drive improvements in processes such as tracking, reporting, and learning, collaborating with various departments to continually improve efficiency and relevance. Identify gaps in operations teams in consultation with project leaders.
- Ø To provide ad-hoc support necessary for Advisory Project Management and the wider CBRE Team.

Ø To identify and propose solutions where PJM can improve operational and project delivery efficiencies.

Ø Update and maintain reporting systems including SalesForce.

Ø Organize team events and trainings.


REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS:


Communication Skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to effectively present information.

Financial Knowledge:


  • Require basic knowledge of financial terms and principles. Meticulous and sensitive to numbers.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.

Excellent Numeracy Skills:


  • Proficiency in Microsoft (MS) Excel and MS Word and the ability to learn and use specialist commercial software/platform; and financial modeling.

Reasoning Ability:


  • Ability to comprehend, analyze, and interpret documents. Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.

Problem Solving:


  • Ability to confidently work through problems and find solutions.

QUALIFICATIONS & EDUCATION:


  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent and a minimum of five years of related experience and/or training.
  • Experience in Project Management or Facilities Management industry is preferable.
