Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:
Supervise a team of technicians and contractors in the installation, maintenance, and repair of AC systems.

Ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to specifications.

Conduct inspections to identify and troubleshoot HVAC system issues.

Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.

Monitor and enforce safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment.

Maintain accurate records of project progress, materials used, and labor hours.

Train and mentor junior technicians and provide guidance on best practices.

Procure necessary materials and equipment for AC projects.


Requirements:

Strong knowledge of air conditioning and refrigeration systems.

Excellent leadership and communication skills.

Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.

Proficient in using HVAC diagnostic tools and equipment.

Knowledge of local building codes and regulations.

Safety-conscious and able to enforce safety standards.

Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
