    Description
    Roles & Responsibilities

    Salary: $6K to $8K

    Job Duties:

    • Confirm details of various transactions (FX, structured products, bonds, equity, derivatives) in the system.
    • Create new instruments for transactions and process asset transfers from/to other financial institutions.
    • Monitor pre-funding reports and update securities prices daily.
    • Seek management approval for data correction if needed.
    • Process Treasury and PB settlements and monitor settlement statuses.
    • Handle securities instructions and inform Treasury for trade settlement funding.
    • Follow up on fixing and settlements for structured products.
    • Monitor daily corporate action events and inform Relationship Managers (RMs).
    • Follow up on corporate actions and process received incomes/securities.
    • Perform daily reconciliation of securities positions and system-generated reports.
    • Check reports generated by the system.
    • Prepare and check confirmations for various transactions and process client confirmations.
    • Maintain client transaction documents and prepare monthly client statements.
    • Assist in system enhancements and identify bugs.
    • Conduct system testing for new products and participate in annual disaster recovery drills.
    • Prepare KPI and transaction volume reports.
    • Verify and process client and custodian fees.
    • Prepare regulatory and ad hoc reports.
    • Conduct voice log quality checks for Treasury and Treasury Operation staff.
    • Conduct annual reviews on procedures and working manuals.
    • Investigate Nostro breaks and perform periodic self-inspections.
    • Handle requests and queries from auditors and clients.
    • Perform any other duties as assigned.

    Qualifications:

    • Proficiency in settlement operations with private banking experience.
    • Strong understanding of financial products and banking systems.
    • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
    • Knowledge of related regulations including Anti Money Laundering & Terrorist Financing, Customer Data Protection, and Operational Risk issues.
