Description

• Be accountable for safety, quality, cost, and production goals while running the line
• Start-up and operation of CNC equipment, automation equipment.
• Change inserts, drills, and endmills
• Perform model changes
• Conduct initial troubleshooting of production issues and repair if capable.
• Maintain uninterrupted product flow through the line.
• Take direction from and collaborate with leadership to mitigate downtime
• Direct hourly employees working within the area
• Perform machine coordinator duties as needed

Requirements

• Must be open to working all shifts
• Knowledge of machining practices
• Strong analytical and technical skills
• Ability to perform machine coordinator duties
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Solid Works
• Team player with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with peers, managers, and other collegues.
• Ability to flex work schedule based on needs of operation
