We're looking for a support engineer / Site Reliability Engineer to:
support our business-critical cross-asset banking platform globally.

- lead complex problem investigations to understand patterns that impact reliability and performance and proactively address them.
- proactively identify gaps in the operational aspects of the system and propose/implement solutions to mitigate them.
- drive communication with internal and external stakeholders

Your expertise
- five years of professional experience in Support and Operations or Software Engineering
- experience in supporting Unix/Linux systems
- knowledge in devops and Agile setup
- experience with container orchestration platforms and industry software: Nomad, Kubernetes, Consul, Terraform, Ansible
- skillful with monitoring and alerting tooling : Prometheus, Grafana, AppDynamics, Splunk
- financial Industry knowledge of Trading platforms messaging is advantageous
