Your role

Do you have an entrepreneurial and strategic mindset and are you eager to understand and fulfill our clients' and client advisors' needs?
Our 'Client Engagement' initiative develops and helps delivery and roll out of digital sales journeys to transmit contextualized content to our clients in Switzerland, EMEA and APAC directly or via our Client Advisors
For the initiative team we are looking for a Product Owner / Project Manager to:
Develop and visualize end to end digital sales journeys together with the market representatives and our agile delivery organization
Pilot journeys with clients and client advisors and identify improvement areas in our digital channels, the content and underlying operating models
Develop a quarterly and multiyear delivery roadmap and support prioritization of requirements in context of the Quarterly Business Review process
Actively ensure that end to end journey are sounded with clients and front staff, and compliant with market specific regulatory requirements
Ensure that journeys which involve various solutions from different crews are delivered, tested and ready to be rolled out to the markets

Your team

You'll be based in Singapore working with the Client Engagement initiative team in Zurich. Your key partners from the market & sales and agile delivery organization are located in Switzerland, Asia and EMEA.

Your expertise
- deep understanding client advisor and sales processes in Global Wealth Management
- analytical skills with several years of project management experience (ideally in Management Consulting)
- experience in client journey ideation, visual design and co-creation with clients and client advisors
- basic understanding of front staff and sales related solutions landscape
- ability to build international partnerships and influence stakeholders at all levels
- working in agile environments with understanding of agile delivery frameworks
- proactive team player with a hands-on approach and a "can do" attitude
