Facilities Engineer - Singapore - TALENT TRADER GROUP PTE. LTD.

Description

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for facilities management, preparing, implementing maintenance programs and managing contracts.
• Coordinate with internal engineers and managing outsourced service partners to ensure system maintenance and timely repair.
• Carry out inspection and resolving operational issues.
• Develop, implement policies, and ensure compliance with legislative acts and regulatory requirements. Identify potential safety hazards and unsafe conditions.
• Assist in emergency management and contingency planning.
• Provide assistance with the internal and external audits.
• Work with the internal engineers and the assigned managing agent to ensure timely repair and replacement work.
• Perform ad hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Facilities Management, Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
• At least 4-6 years working experience in a related role/field.
• Proficient in all facility management functions.
• Knowledgeable with real estate functions such as development, planning, asset/project management.
• Good knowledge of MS Office.
