Description

Min. 10 years Senior Management experience in Bullion and Gold Jewellery is required.

Should have experience in designing jewels exspecially Indian jewel design.

Should have the ability and experience in collecting requirements from retailers and corporate mass requirements.

Make Key management decisions in managing purchases and sales of Bullion & Jewellery.

Manage wholesale and retail business e.g. Point of sale process, Networking, advertising, (With Bullion & Jewelleries experience).

Manage financial cash flows and balance sheet in a profitable manner.

Have strong experience in managing business risk from bullion business and previous experience in hedging against such risks.

Overseeing & ensuring overall smooth operations of the outlet, guide management and Senior Executives.

Develop and manage online/ offline marketing campaigns effectively driving brand awareness and to increase the sales,turnover and profit-margin.

Handle decision-making for the website, social media accounts, and Bullion/ Jewellery advertising.

Oversee the look and feel of the company website,advertising and is responsible for generating sales via online/offline channels.
