    Roles & Responsibilities

    Responsibilities

    • Perform systems health check and first level troubleshooting
    • Implementation of patches and validation after patching
    • Work with the next level for problem resolution

    Requirements

    • Minimum ITE in electrical/electronic engineering, computer science or related discipline
    • Good communications and written skills
    • Good problem-solving skills
    • Ability to work in a team and independently

    Preferred Skills /Qualities

    • IT Infrastructure knowledge (Computer Systems, Operating Systems, Networks)
    • IT Industry certification –CCNA, ITIL or equivalent (preferred)
