    Roles & Responsibilities

    Responsibilities:

    • Lead the development and implementation of a novel SME/midcap training, carbon management, decarbonisation, reporting, and certification programme for sustainability.
    • Attract, retain, and guide SME participants through the programme, including content creation, event organization, and workshop facilitation.
    • Serve as the primary contact and account manager for participating SME representatives, assisting them in understanding programme objectives and navigating registration processes.
    • Manage client engagements, programme administration, and claims processing for participating SMEs.
    • Develop guidelines, policies, and procedures to enhance programme effectiveness, aligned with best practices and frameworks.
    • Draft content for programme publicity, success stories, and ESG-related insights.
    • Liaise with government agencies and partners to facilitate meetings, workshops, and consultation sessions for participating enterprises.
    • Utilize available resources and training programmes to deliver impactful training and ESG solutions.
    • Cultivate relationships with stakeholders to ensure successful programme implementation.
    • Provide support in administrative tasks and grants application processing.
    • Track and assess participant progress and performance.

    Job Requirements:

    • Relevant experience in ESG reporting, training, or strategy development.
    • Knowledge or experience working with SMEs, trade associations, or government agencies.
    • Familiarity with industry regulations and sustainability requirements.
    • Experience in organizing workshops, training events, or producing training materials.
    • Customer service, account management, or training administration skills are beneficial.
    • Strong communication, writing, research, and organizational abilities.
    • Ability to build rapport and network effectively with clients, particularly from SME sectors.
