- Actively listen to customers to identify their needs and proffer recommendations/solutions suitable in meeting such needs.
- Provide advisories to facilitate the employment of both local and foreign manpower in Singapore, claims and complaints regarding employment disputes, workplace safety etc.
- Build and maintain positive trust relationship by engaging customers in open interaction.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of any new/change information to ensure accurate advice are given to customers, including upskilling to broaden knowledge
- Ability to manage concurrent workstreams and work well in a fast-paced environment with constant introduction of new govt policies, requirements
- Ability to recognise crisis call and react immediately, yet calmly, to crisis situations and quickly build rapport with the callers and report to supervisors for further action.
- Min N Level
- Proficient in Microsoft Office tools
- Must be comfortable in handling queries from callers (Training will be provided)
