Job Description:


The _Marketing Program Manager_ is part of the Asia Pacific growth marketing team and will be responsible for creating and implementing the marketing strategy and tactical plans for one of Wood Mackenzie's key business segments in Asia Pacific.

The focus of this role will be on building brand awareness and creating and accelerating a high-quality leads pipeline via multi-channel engagement programs.


The _Marketing Program Manager_ reports to the Director of Marketing, Asia Pacific, and will collaborate closely with the regional and global marketing teams to achieve goals.


Main Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement the Asia Pacific marketing strategy for the business segment to drive growth and achieve revenue targets
  • Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns and tactics in line with the strategy, utilising the full marketing channel mix and martech stack
  • Utilise customer and market insights to inform strategy and planning
  • Continuously analyse and evaluate campaigns to improve performance and deliver on KPIs and revenue targets
  • Manage a budget and deliver on ROI
  • Collaborate seamlessly with business stakeholders, to maintain alignment on goals and to ensure customercentricity is at the heart of all our campaigns
  • Work effectively with the global and regional marketing teams to maximise reach and performance of campaign activity and to share best practices

Qualifications:


  • Previous experience in a B2B marketing manager role with a strong focus on demand and lead generation and a relevant Bachelor's degree
  • Experience delivering marketing campaigns in the Asia Pacific region, ideally covering Southeast Asia, Australia, China, Japan, and Korea.
  • Proven track record of delivering to plan and budget and exceeding goals
  • Experienced martech user (experience using Salesforce and Pardot is a distinct advantage)
  • Sound knowledge and experience of digital marketing practices and channels (e.g. Google Analytics, SEO, PPC and social media)
  • Knowledge of the energy, renewables, and/or commodity markets is a distinct advantage.
