Activities
The LNG Traineeship programme offers a 24-month on-the-job rotational training.

Over the 24 months, the incumbent will rotate across various key departments to learn the key functions and acquire the essential skills to prepare for a career in LNG trading.

As part of the programme, one of the rotations will be an overseas posting in one of our trading offices in Geneva or Houston.

The rotations will consist of trading and core support functions such as LNG trading, trading operations, shipping, middle office, LNG long term marketing and business development, credit/finance, back office and contract management.
The incumbent will be engaged in an intensive and immersive training programme to learn how LNG trading works.
In addition to the usual business activities, we offer a comprehensive training programme which includes:
purpose-built integration programme

- on-the-job and online trainings
- regular meetings with the Senior Talent Developer

Objectives

The job rotations, trainings and overseas posting aim to provide the trainee a holistic view of the trading value chain.

The functional specific training will equip the trainee with the fundamental knowledge and skills to build a career in LNG trading.

Education and Work Experience

Bachelor's or Master's degree ideally in Engineering, Science, Quantitative Finance or Energy
Fresh graduate or have less than 3 years of relevant work experience

Language

Fluent in written and spoken English
Proficiency in other languages will be an advantage

Passionate about energy trading and keen to build a career in the LNG trading
