Job Description and Responsibilities:
- Full cycle of recruitment process
- Partner closely with Department Heads, Practice Leads, and Hiring Managers, utilizing a consultative approach to understand their specific talent needs and provide valuable advice and guidance.
- Provide HR expertise in the areas of advising talent decisions, sharing innovative solutions, giving critical feedback throughout hiring process Conducting interviews, managing the onboarding and off boarding process is essential
Job Requirements:
- 12 years of experience in Recruitment preferred
- Passionate about digital marketing, technology financial services industry
- Strong interpersonal skills with high energy
- Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree
