**We are a centrally located boutique firm experiencing strong growth. As the company scales, we are looking to bring on a Internal Recruitment Manager to develop strategic plans and system implementation to support through the next phase of growth and development roadmap.

You will be responsible for:

Lead and coach a team of recruitment consultants in achieving sales targets and company objectives
Manage the endtoend recruitment process with a team of consultants
Build new business relationships and maintain good rapport with existing clients
Maintain efficient daytoday operations in line with company protocol
Work closely with company management to provide market insights and feedback for decisionmaking
Improve on current process and implementing new business processes and procedures
Other adhoc duties may apply

Requirements:

At least 3 years of relevant experience (Preferably in the Recruitment Staffing industry)
Strong business acumen, analytical skills and use of data to advice on key business insights
