Responsibilities:

To provide market solution by FX and derivative products to Japanese corporate customers
To develop the bank's ability with respect to customers satisfaction on the solution service
To keep customer wellimformed about financial market movement, available products, and risk and benefit embedded in products
To develop related financial market products for customer
To lead multiple projects in collaboration with related departments for the above purpose
To comply with all the bank's rules and regularoty compliance requirements
To support APAC branches to improve quality and practice for trading
To provide leadership and mentorship to the group, promoting a culture of high ethics and continous improvement

Job Requirements

Bachelor or more degree in Finance, Economics, Law or a related field
Sufficient knowledge of market related products and survices (include ecommerce platform) and financial statement analysis
8+ years of experience in FX & Rates derivative trading (major currencies)
3+ years of experience inf FX & Rates derivative trading (emerging currencies)
Excellent leadership and communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to build and motivate highperforming teams.
Proficiency in Japanese language is preferred for regular communication with the head office in Japan as the reports and presentation will need to in Japanese.
