Job Responsibilities:

Manages all VCA clients and provides SME product support across the business for onboarding

Be a specialist and a tech expert on Virtual cards (VCA), File feed and connectivity, and API connectivity related matters with hands-on approach

Supports client request for launch and any ongoing technical support related to VCA cards products

Launch of key partnerships in getting them technically ready and conducting product trainings to internal stakeholders and clients for commercialization

SME support for launch of functionality relating to VCA product including UAT and production testing and verification prior to rollout

Acts as presales support when needed for complex deals

Supporting onboarding and other activities assisting with data migration on platform

Coordinates internally on various VCA Helpdesk escalation activities

Job Requirements:

Minimum Diploma / Degree

Minimum 2-3 years of relevant working experience in project manager (with a good understanding of Comm / Virtual cards)

Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
