The Role
We are searching for an experienced Production Director to join our growing team. The initial main focus of this role is to oversee the delivery of our largest & most complex events.

Working closely with the Senior Account Director, Technical Director and the wider team, this role is essential to the logístical coordination and onsite delivery success of the event.

The role will involve both strategic high level direction and hands on event management to ensure the success of the events under your purview.

This includes being involved from the initial briefing to pre-event management, on-site production and through to analysing the success of event projects.

As a Production Director, you'll also be responsible for working with the other Production Directors to elevate the department to ensure its success

To do this you'll:

Grow & develop the production department of Chab Toronto
Hire and establish roles within the production team based on the company's current and future potential needs
Expand the team to cover the variety of different production roles
Assist and reinforce all events of Chab related but not limited to events construction, logistics and synergy
Engage and build relationships with all our production partners and vendors to strengthen the working relationship between our organizations
Work with the Procurement Department to establish a ranking system of all our production partners and vendors to have a stronger database of business partners for all our events
