Role Description:
This position plans directs and coordinates sales operations in an organisation. He/she leads the development of sales strategies expands sales channels and network. He/she may drive client relationships by managing sales related customer service.


Specific Responsibilities:

  • Trainee will be able to plan and execute all digital marketing plans on social media platforms and the Company's website and be able to design, build and maintain a positive, strong and growing social media presence.
  • Trainee would be expected to analyse trends to help execute new marketing strategies and content marketing initiatives. Trainee would be able to review industry or competitors website for examples of promoting our fashion products and services and also be able to do branding building seeding through using collaboration or partnership with external online platforms.
  • Trainee will be able to keep informed of current marketing strategies and trends, propose and manage marketing research projects to generate consumer insights in support of improved marketing strategy and communications and be able to prepare and present quarterly and annual reports to the Director.
  • Able to plan and execute marketing initiatives including campaigns, events, sponsorships and corporate social responsibility programs. To coordinate campaigns and communications through all phases of launch and maintenance, including reporting, analysis, and optimization.
  • Trainee will be handling relationship building with suppliers and external stakeholders in order to push better quality products to the market at a more affordable pricing.
  • Trainee will learn to solve customer complaints and ensure that post sales services are followed up to build loyal returning customer base and boost sales for the company.

  • Build social media presence
  • Able to build branding through collaboration or partnership with external online platforms
  • Knowledge of current marketing strategies and trends, propose and manage marketing research projects to generate consumer insights
  • Gain experience in identifying target audiences and devising effective campaigns
  • Develop good relationships with other industry stakeholders to push products to the market
  • Problem solving and customer relationship handling
Duration of Traineeships: 6 months


Approved Training Allowance:
Mature Mid-Career Individuals - $3800
