Join our consultancy firm, playing a key role in designing and delivering exceptional projects.

Responsibilities:

• Create Conceptual, Submission, Tender, and Construction Drawings using Revit.
• Develop 3D Renderings and Presentation Material.
• Manage projects from Concept to Completion.
• Address site and technical challenges.
• Apply knowledge of Contract Administration.
• Coordinate with the project team.
• Handle general project administration.

Requirements:

• Degree in Architecture or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in Residential and Industrial Development Projects.
• Familiarity with local regulations and authority submissions.
• Strong technical knowledge and detailing.
• Proficient in Revit, Autocad, Lumion, Sketchup, Photoshop, and 3Ds Max.
