Job Summary:

Our client is a global private investment management firm with offices in Singapore, London, North America, and other Asia cities.

They have been investing in Singapore for more than 30 years and in connection with the continued growth of their Singapore property activities, they are seeking a self-motivated, skilled, and detail-oriented mid-Level Asset Manager to join their Singapore team.

This role will provide

real estate asset management and business planning support to the group's existing real estate portfolio in Singapore, including commercial and residential properties, with ad-hoc support to group's properties in other oversea markets.


The Asset Manager is responsible for developing and executing individual asset plans for each property, supervising all daily property operations (including liaising with the group's appointed property managers, vendors, and leasing agents), and reporting on asset performance.

The Asset Manager will split the time between the group's head office and the group's property management office.


Skills and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
  • 510 years proven track record in real estate asset management, with experience across both residential, office, and other commercial assets strongly preferred.
  • Proficiency in budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and investment modeling and
  • Outgoing and teamoriented personality with demonstrable ability to communicate with external and internal stakeholders. Crosscultural experience strongly
  • Prior experience and network in Singapore real estate markets, with multi
- market international experience preferred.

  • MRICS, CPM, RPA, CFA, CCIM, or other equivalent professional designations highly desirable.
  • Fluent in English with the additional ability to communicate in Cantonese and/or Mandarin
