What You'll Do:

Perform business and financial analysis, including building financial models to support investment decisions, acquisitions of assets / businesses regionally, and formation of joint ventures
Play an active role in evaluating investment opportunities and executing transactions, including deal strategy, commercial viability, structuring, due diligence, project management, review of documentation, completion and integration arrangements
Work independently in supporting the MD and business development teams in competitive bid processes, bilateral transactions and organic development projects
Liaise actively with internal teams (business development, finance, treasury, legal), professional advisers and deal counterparties to progress deals to completion
Develop reports and presentations to the Board and Senior Management

What You'll Need:

Degree in Accountancy / Finance with strong academic results
At least 4 years' relevant experience in corporate finance, mergers & acquisitions (M&A), project finance, investments in energy or infrastructure assets, capital markets, audit or transaction services
Preferably completed professional exams or qualified as a member of CFA, ISCA, ACCA, ICAEW, ICAA or CPA Australia
Commercial mindset with solid corporate finance and analytical skills
Selfmotivated, driven, possess a problemsolving aptitude and able to thrive under pressure and tight deadlines
Highly versatile and adaptable, a team player who can work independently in a fastmoving and flexible environment
